We are looking for new abstractors that can meet our needs for all counties in the state of Michigan.

We need:

-24 hour turn times, no longer than 48 hours
-same day service for special clients orders, within 12 to 18 hours
-last owner, back to a good wd or pmm
-abstractors that display excellent communication skills working with our vendor manager
-24 month chain of title on all refi's; 40 year chain on all purchases
-copies to be included in your search price, no mtg copies only full copies of deeds, liens, affidavits, and judgements, or special docs
-tax description with all orders to compare with assessed and deed legals
-updates provided with a rush service, at fair cost, or included in work fee
-All work must be completed by yourself, and not outsourced

What we give you:

-NO NEED to provide taxes or payoffs
-Exclusive use in your county, or counties, (no more than five counties per independent abstractor), giving you all of our business for that county
-Work with a national title company that could result in more business
-Work with our easy to follow abstractor worksheet

We encourage only those to contact us with years of abstracting experience who carry Errors and Omissions Insurance and can provide at least 3 business references (kept confidential).  Any title examining experience a major plus, but not necessary.

*a copy of your Errors and Omissions Insurance Coverage page

Our Vendor Manager and support staff will respond if you are in our acceptable fees range with a Vendor Application, Independent Contractor Form, Tax Form, and Our Abstractor Welcome Package.
