Rod, if I were you. I would catch a plane and go to the District Court in the State were this title company is located and file a civil suit against them and include your travel out-of-pocket money and have the sheriff deliver the summons to the company. This way they will have to appear in court or pay you your money before the court date. Evidently, you must not be in the same State with this company who owes you the money. The Judge will definitely be on your side.
