Insight Title Company, LLC, is a growing title company in St. Louis. Our company continually strives for excellence in everything we do and we seek candidates who share this approach to total satisfaction customer service. We are in current need of a Policy Writer for a temporary assignment.
The Policy Writer is responsible for reviewing closing documents to ensure that all requirements for insurance were met and for preparing and issuing official Title Policies. The Policy Writer will also coordinate the delivery / mailing of the final policies and recordings to the appropriate party. This position works closely with the Recorder and Closers.
The Policy Writer will also cross-train to back up the Recorder when needed.
Candidates for this position must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of 2-3 years experience or a college degree. Prior underwriting experience or experience in a related field (mortgage or real estate) is preferred.
Final candidates for this position will be required to pass pre-employment drug-screening.
