About Accurate Group

Accurate Group is a full service title, appraisal, closing and settlement provider. Accurate Group is not a traditional VMC; we were founded on the belief that through the effective use of technology an Vendor Management Company CAN provide high quality searches and superior service to its clients while paying competitive fees to its abstractors. 

Our philosophy

Our management team is comprised of professionals that are among the most well respected and innovative leaders in the industry today.  We understand that the title search is one of the most critical components in any loan transaction.  As such, it is our intent to hire only the best abstractors in the industry.  Our goal is to pay our abstractors a fee more consistent with the median fees in each respective market.  It is our desire to build partnerships with our abstractors; not view them as just another vendor. 

Our expectations

We believe that a successful partnership begins with a defined set of expectations.  Every application package includes a detailed explanation of our expectations and service level standards as they pertain to communication, quality and service. 

How do I sign up?

You will need to complete and return our Abstractor Application Form, Service Level Agreement and W-9.  Please contact Vendor Management at cbyron@accurategroup.com to request these documents.  The application and W-9 will be emailed to you.  Please email the completed forms to cbyron@accurategroup.com or fax them to 888.577.1876 Attn: OVM Department.  We look forward to hearing from you.
