Does anyone know of anybody who can read /examine a Commercial completed abstract on a per diem basis?

We are a National Title company and while I have found commercial abstractors, I have yet to find someone who can take that abstract, review it, raise our exceptions, etc.  This is customary in New York, but I haven't found many people who can do this outside of New York. The terminolgy differs from state to state (ie:  reader / title examiner)   If you know anyone who has been released from a Title Company, who has experience reading high end commercial files, please email me at thaugland@ztitle.com.  I'd like to speak with them.  This type of experience is in demand and it could be a great opportunity.
