Employee Title Searcher/Abstractor

We are seeking a detailed oriented title searcher in or around Grand Traverse County. Title searcher/Abstractor responsibilities include: searching public records at Register of Deeds/Courthouse that will reflect a chain of title, analyzing any encumbrances on a property, and the general reporting of documents that pertain to the property in question.

Requirements:

-General computer knowledge and ability to type

-Prior title industry/real estate experience (i.e.: Title Examiner, Paralegal,etc)

-Willingness to learn

-Detail oriented
