We are currently hiring for:
Full-Time – Updater
This position will support Baltimore, MD
This position is responsible for updating various orders using online sites, TitleVision and/or SearchTrax.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor Inbox to handle any incoming orders from customers.
2. Correspond with customers regarding updates. Respond to status requests as needed.
3. Check for errors on original form submitted.
4. Locate property information using online sites and TitleVision to update orders.
5. Amend and resend updated orders as needed.
6. Submit completed orders to back to clients.
7. Track all orders processed and send daily production to Department Workflow Managers.
8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
• Minimum 12 months prior title reading/examination experience

Required:
• Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
• Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
