We are a prominent settlement company in Northern Virginia seeking an experienced abstractor to join our talented in-house team. Must be able to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with peers, clients and team members. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys being part of a team. The Title Examiner will interact daily with the Title Department Manager and other team members in a fast-paced work environment.

Previous abstracting experience is required. Must be able to complete customary full searches on residential and commercial properties in Northern Virginia. Research is done primarily online; travel to courthouses only required under rare circumstances. No recording experience necessary. VLTA Title Examiner Certification or Title Insurance Producer License are preferred.
