We are looking to recruit independent searchers or local abstract companies in any or all of the following states to supplement our existing network.

MUST HAVE E&O. Must have physical courthouse presence. Must be able to complete new subdivision/acreage searches, along with developer searches for new construction sales. Must be able to complete in a timely manner and communicate with our staff on a regular basis.

The specific counties or regions listed are our top priority:

Alabama - St. Clair County, Birmingham Metro, Montgomery Metro

North Carolina - Mecklenburg County

South Carolina – Richland, Horry, Pickens, York Counties

Georgia - Columbia County

Tennessee - statewide

West Virginia - statewide

Virginia - NOVA (Fairfax, Loudon, Alexandria)
