We are looking for an abstractor in the state of Louisiana – MUST be able to fully cover West Carroll Parish.
You must reside in the state and have boots on the ground capabilities.
You must be able to search:
Current Owner reports/ Re-finance reports
2 Owner Reports
Full Searches
Updates, Document Retrieval, Lien, and Judgement Searches
Anything else you can provide would be beneficial.
