Western Land Services is looking for independent contractors based in the states of Pennsylvania and West Virginia to assist with some anticipated upcoming Title work. Work is located in the specific counties listed below and involves Oil & Gas subsurface searches.
Pennsylvania: Tioga and Potter Counties
West Virginia: Harrison and Taylor Counties
To work with WLS as an independent contractor you just need to have the following:
- A separate business entity
- An EIN for your business entity that you will use on your W9
- A business bank account in your business entity's name
