We are looking for abstract vendors in the state of Utah - all 29 counties. 

You must reside in the state and have boots on the ground capabilities. - National and international vendors need not apply

You must be able to search:

Current Owner reports/ Re-finance reports

2 Owner Reports

Pre-foreclosure Reports

Full Searches/Purchase reports

Updates, Document Retrieval, Lien and Judgement Searches

Anything else you can provide would be beneficial.

You must have competitive fees and the ability to use our portal and meet turn times.

You must carry E&O with a minimum of $250k per aggregate
