Having a tough time getting anyone to turn in a quote. Client eager. Turn in a high quote if that is what it will take to get you to do the job--just need to get them a quote, and if that's what it takes, that's what it takes. Add a trip fee and hotel if needed.

I’m looking to get a fee quote for a title search in KY, Jefferson County.
Our client has requested that the search start from the date of the first recorded easement against each of the three parcels. We know that there is an easement against one of the parcels dated 1949, but have no information for the other two parcels.
