Hi, thanks for your interest. Anyone not understanding the original posts in which I am replying to, they were posted in response to my original post in Services Needed Services Offered forum, titled "PA Abstractor and Notary Rates".

The term "in house" means that as a vendor management company employing numerous outsourced, contracted abstractors;  the in house searches are the only searches a bonafide empolyee of TruClose completes. We charge what we gauge puts us in the best position possible in the competitive market. With volume discounts, prices can go as low as $80.75 for a full 60 year search. Most people attribute low cost to poor quality or "getting what you pay for". This is not the case here. All searches are backed by our $1,000,000 E/O policy and returned in a 48 hour timespan.

Thanks again and Happy Holidays!
