Just curious if anyone else is doing work for a company called Ameristar out of Texas, If so, how is the payment turnaround? They require full copies of everything found in your search, thus resulting in huge copy costs upfront. Most open mortgages are 23-26 pages long each and most of my searches have 2 to 3 open mortgages. My invoice so far, in less than a week is over $400.00 for 6 searches complete. Please if anyone has any info on this company I would appreciate it before my invoice gets any higher. They actually told me that they found my company info on SOT and that they had just joined. I keep checking the directory for their name to no avail.. Is there a waiting period for new companies to join ?
