Hello all,

I currently use a simple template I created in Microsoft Word to type my abstractor worksheets for companies that do not have their own forms or require online data entry.(much prefer typing over handwriting)  I was thinking about upgrading my form to give it a more "professional" edge and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of a program or template I could find online.  If anyone might be willing to share one they use it certainly would be appreciated!
