Received this e-mail last night...

Dear Valued LSI Provider:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

LSI would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and business. Our industry is extremely competitive; lenders must find the competitive edge and continue to look to LSI to reduce fees and streamline processes.

Our industry is changing and it is important to clearly understand these changes. We need to reassess business practices to retain our market share.  It is essential that our abstractor network understand these challenges and together we make the necessary changes to accommodate our lenders needs.

We ask for your authorization to reduce your current search fees by 10%.

In appreciation of this fee reduction, LSI will extend membership to our Fidelity EC Purchase Program.    Membership will allow our partners to benefit and share in the rewards offered by industry leaders from technology and office supplies to hotel and gift companies.  A partial list of some of these advantageous discounts is attached.

LSI believes our network will continue to thrive and relationships will be mutually beneficial working toward common goals.  In that respect LSI has developed a website that will assist our providers in order management and efficacies to reduce duplicate efforts for LSI and our abstractor network.

If you have any questions or would like further information regarding the LSI website, please contact us at 800-756-3524 Ext. 5066.

LSI, Fidelity National Information Services Co.

National Client and Vendor Management

With the every increasing prices of gas, salary, health insurance and E and O insurance, how we suppose to cut our fees?
Our fees will stay the same.

Jay
