Source of Title Forums: The AfBA battle is on!

This has been a long time coming - kudos to the OAITA for taking up the fight! They have filed a petition in the Ohio Supreme Court to force the Department of Insurance to enforce state laws that, in effect, prohibit AfBA's. This is the first lawsuit of its kind in the country and I guarantee it will draw national attention and lead to some heated debate.

Also, don't forget the OAITA is hosting its convention on Monday (Oct. 6th) to form a national association to take this fight to other states. Independent agents from across the country have been invited to participate. I'll be there, and I hope see some of you.
