Hmmm ... we at Zook Search NY are all a little scepitcal about this one.  Not that it couldn't be done and not that the clerk does NOT review the documents - but terms like "90 minutes" and "rubber stamp" make me wonder.  Also we can't find the document on the clerks site ... of course they could have removed it.

Filing a deed in New York is not difficult but the clerk has made the process very tedious.  We actually charge a larger fee now (since the clerk put up their website) because the process is so labor intensive.

Lastly - the pdf of the deed on the story has no 'cover pages' - those are the pages that the website generates after will fill in the blanks.

Again - not that I don't think it is possible - I just question weather or not they actually got the deed filed.
