they have been a good client untill lately - they auto pay but a lot of orders slip throug the cracks & they now owe us a very - very large sum of $$$ going back very early in the year

have made several calls & emails over the months - always get the same awnser they are "looking into it" (we have kept working for them because they do pay monthly  just enough to keep us biting ------ but the miss paid orders are now about to hit the fan!)

now I'm not even getting a reply...... anyone else have this problem?

just got a letter today stating they are Chpt 11 bankruptcy & it was a Notice of proposed sale & sale hearing ---- get this, just got the letter today & it states I only have 4 working days to properly reply back to all these  Esq's & the bankruptcy court in VA(of course the letter was not even post dated)
