Is anyone else having issues with passing the $1.00 per copy or $20.00 Scan fee onto their clients into CT.  I am running into problems with our clients wanting flat fees and NOT wanting to pay  for scanning or copying although they want their searches in a 24 hour turnaround time.  I would love any advise anyone can give.
