In the past our company never did a bringdown on another persons work.  I am getting this request more and more often from our clients and want to know how others are handling this.  The latest request involves a Lien Certificate which was provided by our client and they have asked us to do a bringdown.  I want to accomodate my clients but don't want to compromise my liability either.  Any input would be appreciated.
