I am responding to those who are still operating under the belief that Genesis Title is formerly known as any other title agency.  

I would like to reiterate that I did not have any ownership or any interest in the old companies (or any title company) and that is why I do not have an obligation to pay their bills.  It is very unfortunate what has happened to many people as a result of Buckeye Clear Title not paying their debts but I had absolutely nothing to do with this.  I did not purchase Buckeye Clear Title.  Therefore, their debts are not my debts. 

 

Genesis Title Agency, LLC is a new company that I opened this year.  I have 100% ownership and I am the only person able to sign anything on behalf of Genesis Title.  Regardless of who I hire at Genesis, it does not make me obligated to pay debts I did not incur personally or professionally. 

 

In the dictionary, Genesis means “an origin, creation or beginning.”  I do not know how “the name would denote some type of rebirth.”  If I have never owned a title agency before, how could that be a rebirth?
