I was contacted by a Mike Jennings representing Elite Mortgage Solutions out of Selden, N.Y. to do a document retrieval in a local court house. This was done in Aug 2009. I sent him copy of documents and have tried in the last two months to get payment for services. I have called and left message with a office worker and also have left messages on his answereing machine. If you get a call to do work i would suggest payment up front first.  As independents we cannot keep letting these people off.
