A quick note to our friends at Source of Title.

Monica Froese, long time SOT participant, my partner in every sense of the word, and the woman I met thru this very web site, recently lost her father. It has been a trying time and many of our title friends throughout the country were aware of Papa's struggles these last few months. I thought this would be the best way to let our friends know of his passing. We truly appreciate the support.
