Anyone heard of or dealt with them?  Their "vendor package" is the standard crap forms that you'd come to expect;  cheap pay, adverse terms, and insane requirements. 

  We don't even bother filling out these forms.  The number of spelling and grammatical errors in their contracts, not to mention loopholes and contradictions make it impossible to function under.

  I think one firm must have made up these contracts and dozens have copied it.  None seem willing, able or knowledgable as to how to modify them.
