I am currently looking for a Real Estate/Title Attorney to deal with Mineral Right parcels in WV.  Father in law passed away and we need these to transfer to my mother in law (not vested).  We are also looking to eliminate a cousin from vesting on one deed so that my mother in law can sign an oil lease.  He has never paid taxes and will not acknowledge our attempts to discuss it.  Actually, we were threatened to leave him alone by his daughter. I would imagine this would require court time, so I would need someone in the area of Marion County.  Other properties are in Harrison County.

I've done some googling, but am really coming up empty.  I am having difficulty finding someone that says they have experience in the whole mineral rights issues and would prefer someone with that experience.

Any suggestions?
