Hello,

My name is Rachael Ernette.  My uncle visits this site often and he thought that I should post my availability for work as an apprentice abstractor/examiner here.  I will soon be graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Poli Sci.  I also completed the Paralegal Studies Program at Westmoreland County Community College.

I am seeking an entry-level position in which I can learn the finer points of title searching.  As the mother of three school-age children, I would prefer to find something local to the Fayette/Westmoreland/Washington County corridor.  I would be available on a limited basis on Tuesdays & Thursdays until graduation, after which I will be able to work a normal business schedule.  I would consider working for a legal practice, title company, oil & gas broker or any business relating to real estate interests.
