Central Illinois Abstractor Seeking Clients - Mary Rassi/IL
5/3/2011 10:48:27 PM (1701 views)

My name is Mary Rassi, and I have been working in the title industry for the last two and a half years. Initially, I began my career as a paralegal intern for Westervelt, Johnson, Nicoll and Keller, LLC in Peoria, Illinois. It was through their training that I became familiar with the title industry. After completing my internship with Westervelt and receiving my paralegal certificate, I was hired by First Community Title Services, Inc., in Pekin, Illinois as a full-time title searcher. It was through my current employer that I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of the title industry.

After careful consideration, I have decided to take the knowledge that Westervelt and First Community Title have provided me and start my own independent abstracting company.  I am capable of performing all types of searches ranging from current owner to commercial properties. My area of coverage includes but is not limited to Tazewell, Peoria, Woodford, Mason, Fulton, Marshall, McLean and Logan counties. Any services that I will be providing will be performed under the coverage of E & O insurance.

It is my hope that you will consider utilizing my services for any title work that you may need performed in Central Illinois. A rate sheet is available upon request. Please feel free to contact me using the information contained below with any questions that you may have regarding my qualifications.

I hope to hear from you soon, and thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Mary Rassi
