My solution has been DropBox or GoogleDocs and letting the client retrieve the copies themselves. If they can't figure out simple tech, then they shouldn't be in business.
Reminds me of the agency that got my free doc copies then badgered me on phone for the day about how to open a PDF file. Damn simple solutions for stupid, waste-of-time questions.
My alt offer is mail delivery with a big markup for my added cost in travel, packaging, and time. lol
