I have recently dont some work for Infiosys. The man says his name is John...well that must be his american name because he is NO John! Anyway, he (Infiosys) owes me about $500 for 2 commercial searches and he wont pay me. I call and he keeps saying he will call me back but he dont and when I call him back he says "I will mail check friday" and he never does. STAY AWAY from this person. I should have went with my gut feeling when he originally called but I did the searches anyway.

Also, I hate to do this but I have no choice...I have been working with CTS (Complete Title Co) for about 10 years.  Richard Green runs the company. We've had a good working relationship until about a year ago. I've been having trouble getting them to pay me. They currently owe me over $5000 and the last money I got from them was back in Dec of 2010. Like I said, because I have worked with them sooooo long, I have been EXTREMELY patient! I can't do it anymore! He told me in an email just today that they have moved, got new computers, new softward, blah blah blah. Well if they done all of that then they DO HAVE MONEY but are just not paying me.

Some other companies I've had problems getting paid from in the past are: Contemporary REalty Soulutions, Urban Settlement Services, RIchmond Title, Guarnaty Research & Applied Tech Resourses (they will pay but NOT for copies).
