FYI - Probate Court in Essex County, MA  will now close at 3.00 pm rather than at 4.00.  Not sure if that's also a statewide thing, but suspect that it might be. 

Land Court in Boston will no longer take calls from 8-10.30 every day, which is kind of a LOL thing, because in all the years I've been doing this (a long, long time), I have never once been able to get them on the phone at any time of day.
