Supreme Court to Hear Another RESPA Section 8 Case
Some long-standing controversies regarding RESPA Section 8 are going to be conclusively decided in the next several months. Earlier this year, the U. S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a RESPA Section 8 case, Edwards v. First American. Now, at the urging of the Obama Administration, the high court has agreed to hear a second RESPA Section 8 case.
