Starting to see these being foreclosed. I find it amazing that before they give the trouble homeowner the help that they are first required to go into default. Than bank give them additional monies with the revised note and now 3-4 months later they are foreclosing them. Ahh but they released last night on the news that the banks are all making a profit.........
