CT Lien Solutions is a nationwide company.  We are looking for all types of researchers. We do require a typed report to accompany all results. 

We request lien Searches (Fixtures, Tax Liens, Judgment liens, ERISA sometimes mechanical or hospital liens)

We request Litigation Searches (Civil, Probate and Family where available) - we occasionally do have a request for criminal -- we ask for the copy of docket, complaint and judgment if rendered.

We request Property Searches - (Commercial and Residential) most often Ownership & Encumbrance reports -including tax info : The second most request is for Open Mortgage searches returning all open mortgages and their trailing documents.
