We pay our abstractors every month.  Have done so EVERY MONTH since 1996. 

No law suits against us.  Never has been!

 There was another Southern Land and Title out of Kentucky a few years ago that folks did not like.  We are from Alabama.  Have been in Alabama since we were formed (1996).  We are a family owned company trying to expand into California.
