Thanks for speaking up. I agree about moving on. I am doing what I can to make sure others know in advance about this and don't get scammed. I am also doing what I can to stop it if possible. This company is operating in Maryland. Maryland has a theft of services law. I intend to file a criminal complaint against the company and any identifiable individuals after soliciting the experiences of others. A pattern of behavior will legitimize the complaint and hopefully be very compelling to the proper authorities. The more people like you that speak up the more likely it is to get stopped. That law is Maryland Section 7-104(e) and can be found here http://law.justia.com/codes/maryland/2010/criminal-law/title-7/subtitle-1/7-104/
