I've had worked with Golden Abstract Services and Alex Smith since November. I foolishly allowed him to never pay me for 4 mo. and accrue a $5,000 bill. Alex has never paid a cent though promised week over week and month over month. He was "Anderson Abstract Services" prior to that (and didn't pay me for a small search and I didn't notice his re-branding). He's never paid a cent - he's now disappeared. He used:
