Is anyone else having issues being paid for work sent to Service Link? My bookkeeper has jumped through ever hoop they require for payment and there are files that have been outstanding for over a year now that are still unpaid. He has sent invoices with each completed search, a monthly account statement, and filled out their excel spreadsheet in an attempt to get payment. We don't get a lot of work from them, so it went unnoticed until our end of year statements were printed.

I am just wondering if anyone else has had this problem with this company?

Also, kudos to the creator of the FAQ section for their excellent explanations of how to fix problems that may be encountered using this site.
