HAS ANYONE RECEIVED THIS?
My name is ... and I am the new Old Republic Title Vendor Management Coordinator for residential work in The State of Ohio. I am sending this email out to get better acquainted with the vendor’s we currently have in the state. During the past year Old Republic Title has made many changes from the ways we require abstractors to submit their work to making a conscious effort to reduce turn times and fee’s. Everyone on this email has completed work for us in the past and therefore will be given the first opportunity to receive our work in your respective areas. There are a few requirements that need to be met before you submit your information.
1. Current owner searches must be submitted within 24 hours.
2. Full searches must be submitted within 48 hours.
3. Abstractor’s must submit their work through the Old Republic Title Vendor Portal (attached)
4. Abstractor’s must complete a Work in Process report that is emailed every night and submit first thing in the morning.
5. Abstractor must have E &O coverage
6. Abstractor must submit a W-9
If you can meet these requirements in any county, please submit an updated Vendor Engagement Package with your best pricing and coverage (that meets all requirements). We in turn will review and advise whether you can receive work in your coverage area.
If you cannot meet these requirements please reply with where and what requirements you are unable to meet. I will have to have you taken out of the system at that time.
