I would like advice on how to provide the title industry a news bulletin regarding other title firms who has contracted with my firm to provide title orders and then does not respond to anything and does not pay.  

 Please let me know your thoughts and feelings on how to do this or if anyone is interested in this knowledge. so they don't get taken in by a certain couple of companies.
