Just a notice to any of you that are a contractor with a certain company out of Michigan - they are sharing your fees with other clients so as to accomplish lower payment fees for their title work.  I was given information on prices being paid in a certain county when I inquired about the possibility of adding it.  I DO NOT ASK FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S PRICES, and it should be confidential between the vendor and each abstractor/search company.  I am asking that each of us respect each other in this aspect, as we are being used against each other to lower our price in order to keep the volume we once had.  Email me if you want to discuss or know who it is, but by all means, do not pander to the method being used to work each of us against the other.  Name your price and stand by it - they are cheap enough already.
