National Land Records, LLC is in need of abstractors that are willing to walk assignment documents into the County Recorder's Office for recording. Documents will be sent via FedEx with a check for the county recorder and instructions as to the information that is needed from the county.

Currently National Land Records, LLC is processing between 2,000 and 3,000 recordings a month that require walk-in service. We would like to expand our network of vendors so that we can market to other major lenders.

There is no bring-to-date required, no research required, nor anything other than taking the assignments, POAs or UCCs to the county.
