Has anyone else had a problem collecting from Evans Title aka ET examining?  I have called him for the last time today.  Small claims, here I come.  Don't understand how every job is a rush, gotta have it, gotta have it back asap, etc.  But oh boy, don't try to collect for the jobs.  I'm sick of chasing money.
