We are currently hiring for:
VP of Regional Operations Director
This position will support RedVisions Southeast Region
The Regional Operations Director is responsible for a specific geographic region of RedVision Operations covering multiple states/geographies. This position will assist in developing a RedVision presence in new states within the region and to continuously work at improving our processes including order fulfillment, Product Management, and National Production. Additionally, the Regional Operations Director will ensure all operations operate efficiently, meeting both the customer’s expectation of service and the Company’s expectation of profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide oversight for all aspects of execution including cost, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, team building, safety and compliance.
2. Working in conjunction with the EVP, Operations & Client Services and VP of Finance, responsible for the development of financial goals for each state in the region. Responsible to meet or exceed revenue, gross margin, and EBITA budgets through controlling costs and maximizing use of assets.
3. Responsible for providing support to each Regional Workflow Manager (where applicable) in the way of recruiting, hiring, coaching, developing, motivating, managing, performance evaluations, salary administration and implementation of any disciplinary action to all direct reports.
4. Ensure Regional Workflow Managers (where applicable) receive ongoing development in leadership and management practices.
5. Provide overall guidance and management for location facilities.
6. Responsible to the EVP, Operations & Client Services to provide recommendations for the improvement of the strategic direction of field operations.
7. Partner with Market Development to provide analysis and on-boarding of new markets.
8. Provide support to executive management in merger and acquisition processes.
9. Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure proper staff productivity, cross-training, and utilization.
10. Contribute ideas and recommendations for Quality and Compensation programs.
11. Analyze overall costs and interact with internal cross-functional teams to ensure labor arbitrage.
12. Comply with legal requirements by enforcing company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
13. Work in conjunction with cross-functional units to work through issues and concerns in an effort to achieve goals and expectations of the company.
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent significant business experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required:
· Previous operations experience in a technology and/or service environment.
· Strong management, leadership, teamwork, good judgment and communication skills.
· Proven track record of taking initiative, managing a P&L and meeting deadlines.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects to successful conclusion.
· Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, business writing and organizational skills.
