We are currently hiring for:
Full-Time - Field Representative
This position will support Baltimore, MD
Responsible for the
reading/examination and completion of all assigned tasks required for property
title searches, ranging in various levels of complexity, to determine the
status of title, encumbrances, objections and exceptions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Retrieve records/documents throughout the State.
2. Search and retrieve docket, lien, judgment and case copies from any/all local courts, hall of records and archives.
3. Locate records at Land Records otherwise not available on public search websites.
4. Confirm parties/subject property on documents, as required.
5. Locate property information, tax records and plat maps using all courthouse intranet sites.
6. Track all search requests processed and send daily production to Workflow Team Leader.
7. Obtain certified court copies of documents, as needed.
8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with all county search components, i.e. manual indexes, intranet, internal
databases
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required:
• Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
• Reliable transportation and a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all staff members of RedVision
