 Beware all Abstractors  - American Freedom Assurance out of Berwyn, PA IS A NO PAY company.  They have an outstanding balance  with us from July.  We were getting periodic payments on an outstanding balance, but they have stopped sending payments altogether now. I've sent them several messages that if we did not receive payment by Nov, I would post on Source of Title that they are a NO PAY COMPANY. to post a reply: login - or - register
