..... are the same old posts, about the same old companies not paying, and those members posting how long it has been since their last invoice with a "bad pay", and they don't get calls back or the number is disconnected, and it is like they never had a clue when they hooked up with the "bad pay".

Check with Source of Title at least once a day or search messages when in doubt, and check Abstractor Watchdog too.... Google the company before you sign up and I bet you will see lots of postings from SOT and others on a Google page.....

....but I guess when the phone rings or the promising email shows up.... promising a lot of orders, or including an order or two.... your "panting" overrides your good judgment.
