United Lender Services out of Pittsburgh, PA is a No Payer. Every month is an ulcer producing, teeth pulling task to try to get paid. To date, we still have not received payment for work we completed over two months ago. We were told that we are being "demanding" because we are asking for payment in a timely manner. If you are doing work for them, I would suggest you stop all work. You are just wasting your time and money. They have gotten absolutely horrible with payments. This is another sleazy none paying company that needs to go out of business. They will abstractor hop from county to county, finding suckers, promising you the world to get the work completed for them.They are a total waste of time, don't bother. You are only fooling yourself in the long run.
