Just a heads up on Ameristar. Had more issues with them, besides having to beg money from them. (They paid me some.)

I did a search for them and they told me there was a missing document. My researcher rechecked and there was no document that they said was there. They requested 3 or 4 times to recheck. Still no document for this order.

Finally they gave me a different name it might be under, which was the name of a subdivision. We finally found it. Since it cost me $75 to pay my researcher for the 3 or 4 trips she made to the county, I told them I had found the document and when I got approval for my cost I would provide them what they needed.. The next I heard...:

WADE WEST ( I don't know what his title is) emailed me this morning that someone else from his office (unbeknownst to him) had already ordered it and received it (probably with my partial information) and they wouldn't pay our cost.

I have been doing business with Ameristar for several years and have had an excellent relationship with their staff and especially Dave Lewis (who they tell me works in another department.) However, it appears that they have new management and/or staff hasn't communicated well within their management and staff not to mention their lack of communication with us.

It seems a clear case of financial issues as well. I hope your dealings with them work better than ours. They still owe us money.

Thanks for listening!

Sharon
